I really love the idea they are encouraging to eat and read and having that book vending machine is genius. You'd think a place like Starbucks would have books to buy while you drink yet, here is a Po' boy establishment making good food and encouraging literature 👏

Down the street from golden wings there's a newer joint called Crawlins. They also do boiled seafood (crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, etc.) but the po boys are top notch. Better than Melba's IMO. And if you just want straight up CLASSIC po boy, then Parkway is where you need to go

My favourite city on the planet! Hope ya hit up Creole Creamery. Best ice cream anywhere! And a Shrimp Po Boy is the finest! Shrimp and fish (if it's the trout) is awesome, too! Ya done good! Great video, as always! The bread is native to NOLA, nothing like it anywhere else. And the shrimp is fantastic because it's Gulf shrimp, local to NOLA. None of that Chinese stuff. That gumbo looked righteous! Had the right amount of rice, too. Did ya have any oysters?

Yall shoulda got a sloppy roast beef from R&O’s or Parasol’s. Everybody got they favorite though a French fry po-boy with extra roast beef gravy, dressed plus hot sauce and melted Swiss cheese… hooooo wee I’m telling you that is heaven right there. Mothers is where everyone goes it’s good but it’s expensive now and you gotta go there at 7am and get a black ham biscuit and grits with debris, you’ll be praising the lord right there at the table.
