imo your best shoes are the beige-gold kitten heel sandals with the golden flower above the toes. they look pretty comfortable, too

Thanks Mel. Interesting about the JC, I always went for the Romy. Shoe shopping can just be so difficult to judge! I find you either tend to strike gold and find shoes that end up being so comfortable, or you fall in love with shoes that for some reason just don't seem to quite wear in, despite feeling fine in the store. I have a pair of velvet Ferragamo pumps (could not resist) and suede Aquazzura's that have the same wearing in issue on one heel for a while now. No amount of shoe stretching spray seems to be helping, but I have faith as my Romy's had a similar issue at first :') I think my most comfortable pairs are my Marmont mid-heel pump in suede, Louboutin nappa 100 simple pumps, and Prada's 85 in suede.

You are sooo right about Gucci Jordaan loafers. I am on the hunt to get another color because they are the only designer shoes I’ve worn enough to get my money’s worth. Jimmy Choo’s are also usually more comfortable than other designer heels especially if you get them in sling backs. 💐

Totally agree with you Mel with some shoes which I also owned l🥰👍🏻.For me , Valentino is the most comfortable next to Hermès and Gucci Jordan and Marmont sandals 🥰 .. My most comfortable heels are a pair of older suede Miu Miu heeled sandals and my most comfortable flats are the Charlotte Olympia Kitty flats and Tabitha Simmons Hermione. I'm still on the hunt for a comfortable pump though, most pairs I have tried slip off my heels when I walk any amount.

I bought JC Bing 65, overall it's great. But do you find the top strap slightly too tight? Do they stretch a bit? I also love Love, I have a couple of the 65, and it is great, better than Romy 60. I would add Aquazzura.

For me YSL opyum pumps 85mm is the most comfortable shoes, so unique and elegant as well. I can walk, dance on them for 6hrs straight. also love the Gucci sandals, everyone said it's so comfortable, I'm saving for it now. 😍

Oh yes I own them too but in the higher 105mm I wished i went with the 85mm instead. They are quite comfy but I would imagine the 85mm would be soooo much more comfortable. I agree the heel detail is just stunning! xx

I’ve wanted to buy the Chanel sling back (block) heel forever, but now I hear you say the heel strap falls? I guess I will need to rethink my purchase. Glad I caught your video. My favorite pairs are the Hermés block heel sandal and the Gucci block heel sandal. A block heel can make a huge difference when it comes to comfort. Would you recommend going down a size with Hermés since its leather and will break in after a few wears?

Agree on the comfort level of Manalo’s, Ferras and JIimmy”s. My faves are my Jimmy’s so easy to wear even in the office. I would want to try the Gucci sandals 😊

I agree 10000% with the 70mm hangisi and the Gucci block heels! Of corse the oasis. My most comfortable 85mm shoes is the Fendi Colibri singback the most underrated shoe! Also my Chanel classic mules are very comfy and I love my Chanel slingback. Also In have to give a mention to the Dior J'adior in the lower heel (not flats) in technical fabric very comfortable!! Love this list! Huge huge diesinker shoe fan here!! Also gianvito 85mm classic pumps heaven! On far with Jimmy Choo romy love love this video thank you

The oran flats in pink shearling are absolutely amazing!! My favourite shoes! I haven't find any comfortable shoes, I have always problems with my feet, especially during the summer. Have you ever tried Balmain shoes? I have seen a pair of ankle boots that I like, but I don't know if they are comfortable...

Thanks you Veronica! They are super fun and so comfy! :) I think you should look at designer that offer different widths. Most shoes are a C fitting but brands like Ferragamo offer a D fitting which makes them much more comfy. I do own a couple of pairs of Balmain but they are from many years ago so can't comment on the quality of them now. If you love them, get them from Mytheresa or a luxury site that has free returns, that way you can try them and see if they suit xx

I’m a huge fan of Jimmy Choo Romy and Love. They form to the foot. Also, the Hermés Oz mule is most comfortable and stylish.

I was surprised that Prada didn't come up in this list at all because my only two pairs of "own multiple colors of the same shoes" are the 85mm Prada Pointed Toe Pumps, and the Prada riding boots. I think those are about 25mm? and they are both fantastic. But I agree with you about the Gucci loafers and Manolo Blahniks just in general, so I've added a few more from your list to my list :). Need some Vera Flats because I have the same issue where a completely flat shoe isn't really comfortable to me. I have a pair of the Orans and I love them, but I think the Oasis would suit better. I also can't wear slingbacks because they slip down my foot, so I think we have similar foot shapes.

My problem with designer shoes is most of them run narrow. So they just don't fit or are a killer for my feet. The Manolos are definitely one of those.

Hi Mel love your shoe collection and they are ardoble and chic on you Mel, you wear those shoes with style and grace, like a runway model. Love those Jimmy Choo romey heels this green color looks great and the pointy toe is long and very gorgeous. I have another favorite which is the Farmmego heels and the bow looks very gorgeous and so pretty. I love them all by the way so ardoble and cute shoes you have, such a lovely shoe collection!! ❤👠🤗

Please are Manolo’s true to size. Am a size 42 so am scared cause most shoes are small in Size 42. Please are they true to size or should I size up

I find simple pumps in nappa leather (100) to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. They also make them in 70 and 85 heights and patent leather. However, within the first year (2016), one of the heels on my first 100s literally popped out. I took them to Harrods and where they tried to get out of the warranty repair, blaming me. Last week... it happened again with the same shoe. I've not had this with any other designer shoes and I'm always careful to take good care of them. So I think it's just bad luck with the build of that shoe, but it's really not what you expect from such a brand.

I've been looking for a round toe pair of stilettos, closed toe. I would've went with CL's dolly pump, but I already have two pairs of his. I couldn't find any designer round toe pumps so I just got some from nine west.

You have a gorgeous shoe collection, Mel! 😍❤️ Unfortunately I don't have any designer shoes: I have a wide foot and since I broke my ankle I cannot wear a heel above an inch and a half. 😢 Designers don't cater for a wide foot. 🤷🏻‍♀️😞

I always enjoy looking at shoes. Unfortunately I have very difficult feet and have yet to find a pair of luxury designer shoes that fit. This is not a big problem, however. I buy most of my shoes from Ziera as they come in wide sizes and have arch supports. Recently they have done some designer dupes which are so much more comfortable for me than the originals and I have been really enjoying them. I am like you in that when I find a pair that are very comfortable I buy them in multiple colours because I want them to last a very long time.

hi Mel..i love shoea like you n i guess iam an old fashion classical wearer as i only love pointy shoes n i wud definitely not those oran slippers in my collection as they dont look clasic n fit my collection even tho they comy....thank u 4 sharing n im a 37 too so if theres any you want to sell..i would love to buy them off u...i live in Sydney

I find jimmy choo loves are comfier than romy because the love toe box is longer And agree on the valentino rockstud flats, i sold mine cuz they just kept cinching in on the sides of my big and pinky toe. And if u hav thin feet, it creates alot of gap above the front of the shoe which is going to be fairly unstable

I can walk in my Hangisi’s all night no issues whatsoever, even run from the police! Love them! My second most comfortable are the rockstuds, super easy to walk in but my issue with them is they get scratched quite easily. My CL Kate 85’s are like an everyday go to but I find myself wanting to sit down, they are not for standing still. Unfortunately YSL and Gianvito Rossi just hurt, truly car to curb.

Shoes, shoes, shoes!!! AHHHHHHH. Love them all. Next on my list.... Manolo, in YELLOW. I noticed that you did not mention Roger Vivier? I have a pair of tan leather sandals, with a low heel. One of the most beautiful, comfortable shoes. They go with everything!.

@@MelinMelbourne it’s the Metal buckle sandal, in light brown. Bought them a couple years ago. I could walk all day in them. Went up 1/2 size.

Thank you so much! I think eventually I will do a shoe closet tour but at the moment they are kinda everywhere lol so hopefully in the near future I can convert one of my spare rooms into my new bag and shoe closet xx
