Back when Holy Knights were something and not just a bucnh of meat good for nothing. I think this season was the best of all, and I'm writting this as a manga reader too. This manga/anime slowly decayed arc after arc.

@@AnythingLoungeI don’t know if that can be considered true. The knights of the round table were probably planned from the start. Thing is that no one really had enough information to steer them in that direction. Tristan’s parents were always called Meliodas and Elizabeth even in Arthurian Legend. Same with Lancelot’s parents, Ban and Elaine. To think the author made a whole prequel series just so he could make the one he actually wanted from the start is actually really amazing. Hell, Chaos might’ve been planned from the start. The only issue he most likely had was to explain how he would give it to Arthur

@@moistfist1054 well it actually like u said, the Author Suzuki Nakaba wanted to make the story of Arthurain legend but he think that he need to make a prequel first and since Tristan is one of the famous knight in Arturian legend he decide to make the story about Meliodas and Elizabeth as the prequel

No matter what other says.... Its still 2nd fav. Anime.... I agree for animation point... But when I watched Seven deadly sins entire anime I've experienced most beautiful feeling... Cause of it has a grea story.. and i love meliodas ✨🔥

Ngl i miss the power levels in season 1. Despite the Sins being fucking busted, Meliodas still took damage from certain characters. The fights were way cooler. Now, it's just a buncu of characters destroying mountains with a swipe of a sword and goin "bigger number win, big strong, big good."

Meliodas legit didnt feel as alive after the season 1 and 2 animation. In seasom 3 4 5 his characters face always looked more lifeless to me . Just wasnt the same i guess . Makes me sad the entire anime deserved the season 1 and seaon 2 quality
