*Melissa was only used sparingly by Saturday Night Live by her design. She has anxiety. She has spoken about dealing with anxiety a number of times over the years on her social media platforms. It's actually pretty cool that the show was willing to work with her when she was able to perform.*

Easy to say under-rated, but how would you measure that? You can't. Anyway, she was/is not under-rated by me, that's for sure. I think she's right up there with my favourite Cheri Oteri.

Melissa is not lying about her getting into Gwen's impression. I once saw Melissa at a red light and my car was next to her and she was singing in this deep emotion "Don't Speak" "I know your good, LA LA LA LA and the light changed and the cars behind her started honking and she looked slightly towards my car with her eyes half closed like Gwen and I waved frantically at her to go the light was green and she snapped out of her trance and said "OH SH*T" !! and took off into traffic. LOL !!

Man, I'm a crazy Melissa fan, but this was a guaranteed moment of fame for her. She just did her impression and the actual Gwen joined in with a perfect harmony, like they practiced it, and IT WAS A+MAZING!! I They sounded exactly alike. If that moment didn't lock Melissa's impressions talent into the hall of fame, I don't know what it's going to take.
