Cleanse: The first step is always cleansing. Start with a non-exfoliating acid cleanser suitable for your skin type. This will remove excess oil, dirt, sweat, sunscreen, and makeup.
Apply Toner: Next, apply your favorite toner. This can be of any type, whether it's a hydrating or exfoliating acid toner.
Wait: If you've used a hydrating toner, allow it 30-60 seconds to absorb. If you've applied an exfoliating acid toner, wait a few minutes to let it work its magic.
Serum: Now it’s time to apply your serum. If you’ve used an exfoliating acid toner, ensure the serum is compatible to avoid irritation and sensitivity. Allow it 1-2 minutes to absorb.
Moisturizer: Apply your moisturizer, ensuring it's suitable for your skin type.
Sunscreen (daytime): Some products can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. It's essential to wear sunscreen during the day when exposed to sunlight, even on cloudy days.
