Out of all the cooking videos I've watched, yours is by far the best videos on here.

I have two rockmelons (this is what we call this type of melon in New Zealand) on my bench and I'm about to put my ice cream maker bowl in the freezer. These melons have been selling here for $10 each and I got excited when they were on special for $3 each so I had to get two. I'm going to make sorbet, dehydrate some in my dehydrator (best snack ever) and I'll save some to eat as is. Thank you for the recipe and I absolutely love lemons as well.

I've done the same, IT IS SOOO GOOD! Now, you can do the same with watermelon (hint: I dot it with blueberries to resemble the seeds) Always a hit!

Have you ever tried it with frozen chuck of coconut milk? Delicious

With the seeds you can do melon horchata just blend the seeds with two cups of water and sugar to taste you have to sifted in a pitcher and add another cup of water. And a cup of milk you can put a pinch of. Cinnamon like in the rice horchata but I personally don't like it and ice its very yummy and refreshing

Laura you NEED to try a cantaloupe from West Texas, Pecos cantaloupes to be exact oh my goodness so juicy and delicious!

Laura, have you seen the egg trick when making sorbet to check if you've added enough simple syrup? Supposedly, if your (very clean, obviously) egg doesn't float, you need more syrup. It needs to float enough out of the puree that about a quarter-size amount of the egg sticks out of the puree. There's a video on YT that explains it. I haven't tried it yet. Anyone know what I"m talking about and have tried it?
