I tried this look using items from my makeup bag... used lightest shade from my ABH Cream Contour Kit, a pencil liner for the dark area set with black shadow, liquid liner for the tiny spots and teeth. I got so many compliments! Thanks Desi!!!

this looks so so good and your right about the shading and final touches, it really bring the whole look together. if I were to do this I would dust translucent powder over the fake skin so there's not to much shine :)
