Philosophical, yes! This is a great song to think about us humans and what we are doing to our planet and ourselves. I think many things were purposely incorporated in this song by Soda and they chose this song to make a cover also for a reason. The wind sounds and the feeling of emptiness at the beginning, the progression of the rhythm until it reaches the climax and then an abrupt ending. The lyrics are amazing!. It tells the story of the world of mankind that once existed. “Hubo, tierra fuego, aire y hombres con memoria…” and the moment of divine intervention: “man, why look at your reflexion trying to find who you are; look at me because I have made you at my image”. Philosophical, yes ! Gustavo was a philosopher of music.

Hi, great reaction! I will try to summarize the comments. Why "bonus track"? This version was not included on the album MTV Unplugged Comfort Y Música Para Volar (1996) but was recorded at the same show. I said "version" and not "cover" because I consider it to be an updated and somewhat psychedelic version of the group's original song "Vox Dei" included in the somewhat mystical "conceptual" album "The Bible" from 1971 (2 vinyls). interpretation of the scriptures, summarizes the work of the same name, which was intended as a rock opera, a genre that was a trend at the time in the 1st World, for example "Jesus Christ Superstar" was released months before. The first track on the 1st vinyl was "Genesis" and that's how the album developed chronologically, the songs, some with folk touches and others with rock and hard rock, including orchestral interventions. It is a comprehensive work and as such it should be heard.
