I'm surprised that you guys figured it out thay it was Thalapathy's voice without checking the description (if you saw the video on KZfaq).😯 The video looks like it was shot in Japan, not China. First clue, the traditional buildings, second the women in the background wearing Japanese traditional clothes (Kimino [I think]) and lastly the red poles (the cylindrical red long cement, whatever it's called), seemed like it had Japanese letters painted or carved into it. The advantage of watching anime (Japan), cdramas (China) and donghua[s] (Chinese anime), and kdramas (Korea) is that you can differentiate their letters, languages, and looks (kind of 😅).
