Always loved the Ken Smith sound in the hands of Melvin, and this amazing song is no exception! Such amazing musicians all around. RIP Chuck, thanks for all the beautiful music.✨💚✨

Sounds awesome Mel. I literally just now found out of his passing just now 5/5/20 during Covid. So sad. RIP - Chuck Loeb. Melvin - I met you at a taste of Orange County Jazz Fest years ago. I was helping with backline (Chaka Khan) I helped you get you're Bag End gear into your truck. One of the nicest dudes ever. Thanks for taking me back to memory lane.

From the rubbish camerawork and the nanosecond there is any shot of the drummer I think its Sonny Emory, he usually wears a baseball cap backwards too.
