For a frozen version: 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, slightly softened, 1 container of cool whp, 1 package oreos, crushed. Stir together and freeze! Your version looks so yummy, too!

I do something similar and add a layer of chocolate pudding in the middle. The garnish on top is drizzled melted chocolate and whole Oreos around the edge.
