Just hit 1 year loc'd Oct 3, 2022. I have micro locs and use the interlock method. It has definitely been a journey and I have also thought of combing these jawns out. It took me to look at pictures to notice how much fuller and longer my hair actually is, but I am enjoying the journey so far.

I absolutely can relate to looking like boy during the early phase. I'm also a year and 4 months in, but I love my locs.

Your hair is very similar to mine I have a total of 52 locs I’m very excited to not comb my hair anymore 😂

I’m 2 months in and my hair shrunk up real bad because it gets wet when I shower. Had to wash my hair because I couldn’t see the loctician this month and will see her on the 18th. Should I do styles to keep all my hair in so it won’t shrink up? Idk I’ll ask her. The back of my hair is splitted
