For example, drawing Tanjiro’s eyes, hair, earrings, or even perhaps the hilt of his sword- you see these things all throughout the show, all the time, but you might not really take in the exact details of them, so you would need to look them up to be accurate. In general, even if you see a character often, it’s difficult to draw purely from memory unless you draw them on a fairly regular basis.
