Dude, about the Amber Heard one at around 6:00, I don't think she was. It seemed like it at first and the internet just ran with it, but there was no flash photography in the courtroom, and a different camera on Johnny showed a flash on him, too. Some document or something popped up on the screen in front of her and she probably just paused to read something. At the same time you see the same flash of color appear in front of Johnny from the screen. Its all about context.
