@@bint-e-hawa2517 ohk it's like haldi rasam but in india we do this rasm one day or on the day of wedding and same the groom and bride are not allowed to meet after this haldi rasm. But it has religious significance like puja and all, haldi is first blessed with God's grace than its applied to both groom and bride and where I live in India, after bride took a shower it's also religious.

@@solarvlogs9047 in our culture ubtan is basically applied by brides family on bride. In old times they are not allowed to meet any men. So that she would glow on her wedding day. But now a days it's a combined function so no parda etc. But all women apply ubtan on bride and groom. Make her wear floral jewellery. And apply oil in hair and sing songs on dholak
