I loveeee talking to my plants! Everyday when I get outside to do a short walk around to do a quick check on things- I’m constantly talking to my plants! I picture my neighbors spying on me with cartoon eyes 👀 like “we got us a real weird one over there folks!” But I cannot help it and I swear it works! ALL of my plants came back this year & came back to SHOW OUT! They wanted to hear me tell them “Good morning lovies!! You guys look so beautiful & im sooo proud of you!!” 🤣 That Swallowtail is beautiful! I get very excited when they come to visit and have a drink of yummy nectar! And yes, your Natie is beautiful 😆😆 & the reason why I’m watching your movie is because you are also correct, it’s much easier to watch someone else work! lol! I love you Jes! I bought 60 bags of mulch and I’m going to concentrate on putting it up by the house so at least it looks kind of nice around the house. 💐💚🙃I’m going to use pine shavings on the part no one else sees but me. It should break down pretty fast and help eventually amend the soil.💐💚🙃

It’s definitely worth it to you to buy him a pair of new pants and shirt for loading all that mulch I’m 70 years old and I have to do it all by myself and the mulch does not wash out of clothes.

Dear Jes , can you please write out the name of the big bundles of blue iris that are flowering right now , I couldn’t hear the name well enough, thank you for your movies. I talked to my friend Lily this morning, she’s from Ukraine and I’m from Germany and we found each other through our love 💕 of gardening as we were neighbors in our previous neighborhood. We both have moved meanwhile and are living in the same small town. She was telling me about her sister in the Ukrain and that a missile just recently struck in a town with lots of shopping opportunities and how hard life is for so many people. I think about it every day how good we have it on this Memorial Day
