Pandan is a small evergreen shrub, leaves longitudinally dark, the leaves are fragrant from Fragrant Screw Pine essential oil, green from the leaves is the color of chlorophyll. In Thailand, we can use it to cook a lot of food and desserts and also use it as tea.

มีร้านแบบนี้ที่ไทยจริงค่ะ.. ร้านที่น้ำฟรี ซุปฟรีและผักฟรี มีจริงและหลายร้านแต่จะไม่ใช่ร้านใหญ่ๆสวยๆนะคะจะเป็นร้านเล็กๆอยู่ตามชุมชน

ผมอยู่ตราด ช่วงมัธยม (25 ปีที่แล้ว) ซอยบ้านผมมีร้านข้าวร้านนึงเปิด จานละ 10 บาท กับข้าว 2 อย่าง น้ำ refill ฟรี มีให้เลือกคือ น้ำเก๊กฮวย กับน้ำแดง และน้ำเปล่าเติมฟรีได้เรื่อยๆแต่ขอให้ดื่มให้หมด ที่นี่เป็นศูนย์รวมของเด็กวัยรุ่นทั้งมื้อเช้าและมื้อกลางวัน มีคุณลุงคุณป้าแสนใจดีเป็นเจ้าของร้าน ท่านใจดีมากๆ ใครไม่มีเงินก็แค่บอกแก แกให้กินฟรี ร้านทั้งสองท่านคือร้านของคุณพ่อคุณแม่น้าเน้ก เกตุเสพย์สวัสดิ์ ปาลกะวงศ์ ณ อยุธยา ครับ ตอนนั้นน้าเน้กยังทำงานเบื้องหลังของ Grammy อยู่เลย ท่านน่ารักมากจริงๆ แต่คุณลุงท่านจากไปแล้ว ทุกวันนี้ผมยังขับรถผ่านตึกเล็กๆตึกนั้น ซึ่งปัจจุบนไม่มีใครอยู่แล้ว แต่ภาพทรงจำในตอนนั้นยังคงชัดเจน

Suk Pochana (สุขโภชนา) is the name of the shop. It means eating and being happy.

Vegetables, water, sometimes free desserts. I used to get this feeling when visiting friends in the countryside, not in the capital. I'm very impressed eat as much as you want😂❤😊

Hi Mustafa, 35 baths about 17.5 Turkish Lira but 1 dish of a la cate (2 kind of food on top rice) in Thailand is 45 50 baths or 22.5-25 Turkish Lira. I think it cheaper than 1 dish of a la carte in Turkiye. And Happy Eatery = Suk Po-Chana.
