Beautiful memories, brings back some memories of my Grandfather and Dad when growing cotton and jumping in the trailer to compress it and all our farm animals, eggs from chicken coop, fresh veggies from garden. Mrs. Jennifer, this brings back so many good memories. My grandparents were farmers in Alabama during the depression. I used to love to listen to my grandmother tell me stories about when she was a little girl and even after she married and had my uncle and my dad. Her father gave each of his 3 children 40 acres of his land. I hope you had a very Merry Christmas. I love your family!

I love this I see so many of your children in there grandparents it’s amazing! lately I’ve taken out our VHS home movies and have been watching them to cheer me up and make me happy, it’s so fun seeing old vacations, birthdays, baby things and my family. Your Parents remind me of my Great Grandparents in South Dakota they where farmers also never got to meet them they both passed on before I was born. I love watching home movies it’s been a good way to get rid of the “COVID blues” lately.

What a treasure! My grandmother grew up on a ranch in Texas in the 30’s and 40’s. My great granddaddy was a real cowboy. I have about four pictures from her childhood I’d give anything to have something like this, your grandchildren and children are very lucky : ) ❤️

🤗🤗. What a joy to have these treasures to pass on for generations to come though have to keep up with technology so that they don’t fade away. I’ve been blessed with old photos my gramps gave me of Black n Whites and sepia portraits of all his family on their farm and family bakery in town. Have a ton of photos taken on Kodak’s black box camera and the 8 mm film from the 60s that we hunted forever for a projector to show them. Who can forget all the slides as well. Lots of albums and hat boxes full of treasures with no where else to go cuz have lost all our family some way too soon. So much history we all have that go along with all the stories the elders would share. Thank goodness some wrote journals of stage coach rides to the west to find gold. May your family find these memories special as the gift you’ve made for them and all yet to come. These are joys never to be forgotten only treasures to last forever. Thanks for sharing and keeping these safe and all the time it took to bring them to us all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
