I so love Colorado! We're in the Dallas area and we make a road trip to Colorado at least once a year. I was also in Denver in April for a conference. I miss the mountains and beautiful landscapes of Colorado. I tried to transfer my credits to CSU to finish my professional degree so we could move to Colorado, but unfortunately they wouldn't even consider my app. So that's not going to happen. 😞 Our plan is to eventually retire to Colorado, though.

What a great week! Colorado is one of my favorite places. Congrats on the new babies. Love that they are black and ginger.... just like mine lol except my orange one is a boy named Bob and the black one is a girl named Ivy. Hope they make an appearance soon.

It looks like it was a lovely trip! How did you introduce new kittens to the household? Just yolo and let them go or keep them contained while they acclimate? We're ready for a new kitten or two as well.

It’s only day one but I let my older cat smell them though the carrier. Then, I put the kittens in my bathroom with all their stuff. I let my cat smell under the door. I let them all explore with me watching for about an hour, and then put the kittens up again. A couple hours later, I let the kittens explore again and play. I am there to make sure everyone is safe and happy. My cat is doesn’t love them yet but she’s watching. I’ll keep the kittens in the bathroom when I’m not home and at night for a while. I want to make sure everyone is getting settled with the least amount of stress for all.

I make collages and print those. I then just cut them apart. It’s easier and cheaper and better quality than anything else I’ve tried.
