yeah it is, and unfortunately, people use this to judge tennessee and actually east Tennessee is over nice and parts of middle tenn, but people rank tennessee most often based on memphis, i tell you the only good come outta Memphis is music and food

The houses aren't that bad, they have all that beautiful greenery. Just need to clean it up and do some landscaping, add some pretty parks and grow some nice flowers and what not.

Worst thing I ever did was trying to figure out how to get back on the right freeway leaving Memphis. I got off the freeway because I thought I wasn't on 40 west and ended up in some neighborhood after dark that should have been called Friday The 13th. Houses so bad you had to board them up AND wrap a chain link fence around the thing. I thought people were going to jump out and bust into Thriller or some sh*t. Also I think this is CharlieBo's first video with a hot female in it in the first minute.

I have seen worse, particularly in old eastern rust belt cities. Roads seem ok, but side walks need to be reworked. Unimproved property in many areas have not been maintained by owners. Young people need a place to meet and play. City fathers need to look for a place for this. Playing in the streets is not good.

I'm just saying 600k is considered a large city. Memphis also covers a lot of area , as most southern cities do because they are spread out. I think the only city in Florida that has that many people is Jacksonville.

Jacksonville is the most largest city in Florida but Miami is bigger because Miami has a larger metro. Another city Tampa fl is smaller than Memphis with a population under 300k but with a metro of 2 million Memphis has 600k right ? But its metro is atleast 1 million that’s why I said it’s a lot smaller than other cities
