Observation: Why host the BBQ cookoff there? Last I heard it is not open to public just a cookoff for trophies, glory, and Food Network contracts. Host it out in a pig pasture out of town.

@PattyMeltDown - Maybe 12 years ago. I mean the cookoff. Not the concerts. I was willing to buy a roll of tickets and then sample whatever the cookoff people want to get rid of. Frankly they haul it home. It's for contest entrants only.
