Incase you nonscreamers are wondering why his screams are airier then on the album its because he's trying to preserve his voice for the rest of the tour. He sings alot along with the screams so if he put all his voice into both cleans and uncleans He'd be dead next week.

Rad Vocals I heard people didn't dig Beartooth's set cuz "they're so much different live". As a practicing unclean vocalist (I just do it for fun rn), I know my apex and when I have to stop. "Good" for me, I can't sing for a nickel. So, I agree, it's important to preserve vocals. Hopefully he goes all out at the Shakopee date!

I saw them in Sacramento yesterday (Oct 6th, 2023) and they sound WAYYY better than they do here. His cleans are a little waivery here. He was absolutely perfect yesterday

not a fan of mmf, but they will always be one of the best live bands i've heard. matty has one of the best live vocals, they sound just like they do in the studio. pretty sick.

Heather Doman Meh. He's average live. He usually gives the high parts to the fans or the backup vocalists, since he can't do them live.

saw them in may and it was fucking amazing seeing them front row. meeting the guys on VIP on the Taking action tour it was just fucking amazing meeting matty, kellen, corey, jake, and ant it was fucking amazing, i wanted to see them and the amity affliction at warped tour this year again but sadly i can;t go on the 7th of july ;-; UGH! T.T they are just simply amazing one of my most favorite bands ever

I hate when people say Matty's cleans are bad live how can you expect perfection he has to go up there every other day jump around in the heat while also doing uncleans trying to switch back and forth that's not an easy task, while also trying to preserve your voice for the other shows. Matty is obviously capable of amazing cleans have you not heard him stripped down?

My friend went to warped in 2015 and during this set she got kicked in the face by a crowd surfer. The funny part is she also got punched in a mosh pit (I don't remember what band she was watching)

Tbh I think they should get another vocalist to do screams because Matty's are great on album but not really live, they're good but not the same sounds as the album and Matty should do cleans because he has a really good singing voice
