Men and Mental Health 17 -Maj . In this video we talk about our experience of mental health. Maj is a musician and we talk about how creativity can access our subconscious mind. We talk about the concept of the real self and ideal self . We talk about how therapy helped us. He organises a poetry workshop for men called " poetic hooligans" where men can express themselves through writing. We talk about grief and how I really connected with music in the year my mum died.
