I'd love to see what the complainers what would have worn. A lot of extravagant dresses look uncomfortable to wear. It's bad enough people don't leave women alone about "dressing better", but wat do they expect the men to do? Wear grape vines on their shirt and a hat shaped like a wine glass? I really think a lot of event wardrobe is too much.

We are only paying the level of attention the Met Gala gets for the outfits and the show off, we are caring less and less and the justification to still care líes on the beauty of the garments...so i do care if they go for the safest most boring alternative, this is not the "all about fashion" Met Gala of the past is the Super Bowl of fashion and i agree with you some accesories wouldnt have killed this men, sprinkle some personality, use some color
