Awesome musicians. But (being a non native speaker) I would alter the text (that's what I always understood). "Buying back from a man in braziers" and "He gave me a bit of a might sandwich"😜. Rock on. Let's go on "Giant in a den in Bombay, with a slack jaw and not much tootsie." Being a southern based German "I come from a land down on low"🤪🤪 His parents moved to Aussi Land when he was 14 but never hides his Scotsmen R Sound.

The great Colin Hay, maybe one of the most underrated composer and singer. Love him since the 80´. Brilliant version !

Lo mejor y fantástico de todo esto es que en el Nuevo Grupo de Colin Hay está una Chapina Guatemalteca, dónde le está dando vida al Teclado y a la hermosísima Flauta, que es la que le da ese toque y ese sazón a Down Under, bella canción e himno de Australia. Canción inventada por ese grupo maravilloso y legendario como lo fue y sigue siendo "Men At Work, que ahora ahí está presente el beautifull País de la eterna primavera como lo es la Gran Guatemala, y que Viva por toda la Eternidad.🇬🇹 UwU

This is such a cute fun song from a great 80s band which is timeles! The orginal is so much better though! I can hear it a million times an never ger sick of it! = A Classic song.
