I think at one point Martin Freeman had an eating disorder the last season of Sherlock and after filming he got even skinnier. People commenting on it. He has said in interviews he spends a lot of time choosing what He wears before going out to the point of obsession and he hates how he is cast wearing frumpy clothes and he is concerned about his appearance. Clothes could be more vanity but I think with that type of personality could lend to eating disorder of why he got underweight for a period of time

I have an Ed but I’m good now, and my friend (he is guy) I feel that hey have it ,he is exhausting himself,and I think he don’t eat well+ he talk a lot about weight and always ask me how much do I weight but I don’t tell him because I don’t feel comfortable saying my weight ..anyway he don’t know what Ed means ,he is underweight

Are you still in school/college? If you're worried about your friend it might be a good idea to voice your concerns to a teacher you trust
