Till covid was in a gym for more than ten years without AC in the summer and minimal heating in the winter. This flat out makes it a male only gym. With the lockdowns everything closed or did go out of business sadly the gym closed for good too. After some looking around finally gave up on gyms all together. Rented a garage where the owners were okay fitting it out for my workout stuff. Using it with family and friends, as long as the floors are protected and for example flipping tires in front of it to not bother other customers. Weights were out of stock everywhere for months and pricey. So used natural stones found in the surrounding area, poured concrete weights and later on sourced cheap second-hand stuff. But still am using some of the janky stuff ... it works and I'm not rich. It will never be Rocks travel gym palace but it gets the job done. Practically no women are there as it is a garage and out in weather and seasons. Without such layed back garage owner would have bought a trailer with some quick tents/pavilions on extended legs to setup a rack under it. this could be setup anywhere quickly. I know some farmers and as long as the setup is dynamic there is always somewhere to setup, do my thing, break down and be out of their way. Obviously owning a home and building a home gym would be best. But not everyone is that rich and lucky.

Can’t someone come up with software similar to casinos and ATM machines that have it so you can’t use your camera at the gym? I understand it would have to be specific to allow music apps to work; but if a gym or company can develope this software or something like that that stops any footage being recorded at the gym, it would make a killing. Assuming the security cameras can be functional aswell

I work bloody hard during the day as a skilled maintenance/construction engineer, I'm exhausted and just need to destress and chill when I get home. In my opinion if you have energy to go to the gym then you probably don't hold down a physically challenging job, although I have known some in the construction industry work out in the evening! Lol
