Mine are all black and wear them after work every day. They are AMAZING "Recovery"? Slides. I'm on my feet all day and at the end of the day these slides just make me relax. Also now owned them for 2 years.

I bought a pair of these at famous footwear. They are even more comfortable than my crocs slides, I love these things.

I understand it has been a while but do you have a chance to try out the new 2.0 version and notice what the difference is. I actually love the 3 big stripes on yours than the smaller stripes on v2.0. You are right about sizing. My normal adidas shoe size is 7.5M US and v2.0 size 6.0M fits me well in the store. I still want to get the original alphabounce version like yours and eBay selling for $60 😅 I wonder if the sole and cushion between the versions has a different feel.

Overall, they're pretty good - the underside of the top portion is fabric underneath but the rest of the shoe is rubberized so it dries very fast

got a black and white today from amazon and first impression is they are stiff 😅 is this normal will they break in?

They give a lot of support still which is what you want for shoes, but they should be firm, yet soft feeling. They feel a lot softer to me than regular flip flops and have less impact than sandals/flip flops with stairs, stepping off a curb, etc.

How well do they handle water? Do you use them on showers?

They do handle water well, the underside of the top though is fabric on the inside so while they won't stay wet for long, they aren't waterproof per se
