Pro tip on skill 1 (a Radochla) from someone who it in their routine in the early 1980s: it's much easier if you move the bars closer together, as they were back in the day... ;) Conversely, skill 3 (a tumble-turn) is much harder with the bars closer together than you had!

That's the exact though I had. There was no way those bars weren't closer together. How do you generate enough momentum to toss yourself that far

3:10 I think the problem is they are forgetting the bars used to be closer together than they are now and that's a huge part of why the gymnasts were able to do a lot of the skills they did back then. Now that they are farther apart, it's far more difficult

It is named after Dorris Fuchs Brouse, and was normally done during the beating days where the bars would have been much closer togther.

I may get hate for this but...love you Nile really do your a legend. However....when it's just these two are in the gym and they had a bit to drink. Hilarious. Love it more. To defend myself 😅 Niles episode a while back where everyone did fancy dress and you did a game of STICK. Ive never laughed so hard in my life. Keep making great content guys 😅😅

the first time Ash caught the bar held by Luke (at 4.47), I was surprised Luke wasn't then able to hold it and Ash... and I'm not even hungover. embarrassing.

The third guy in the cafeteria is in total control of my brain. My psychologist says this is chronic severe anxiety but now I cant think about anything other than poor Gary just having a stressful day and the cafeteria being out of dessert.
