I know exactly what ya mean lol. However, this particular piece is now more than 40% higher in value so it was a wise investment ;) this length is out of stock so it may even hold a slightly higher premium if I were to sell it.

Absolutely beautiful, sweet as it gets is correct. I have a 22 k gold chain that is sweet just like that bad mother you got there, I am jealous. Absolute beauty, Congrats my friend. the ONLY downside to me at least is the lock. I wish it was a lobster lock for more security. but man what a heavy piece full of that rich yellow Gold❤️ I uploaded my first Mene review.

As someone who has both the lobster clasp and the T style clasp, the T style is more reliable and durable. The lobster clasp gives out after a ton of uses. However, the lobster clasp is slightly easier to use lol but I have finally got the hang of the T clasp

@@DustinTWilliams I also think that since it's 24k, a lobster lock might be weaker since gold is pretty malleable, but I might be wrong.

@@samuelvincent2007 Good point. The bigger jewelry has the T clasp and the smaller chains have the lobster clasp, for that exact reason I imagine. I think their site says something about the lobster clasp being 18k for that reason.

I had no idea they don't ship to the UK. Seems like they're missing out on a wider client base by doing that. But yeah, since I couldn't get my hands on any bullion for a reasonable price lately, I've went to the 24K jewelry.

Does your bracelet really measure 8.75 inches? I know sometimes there gram weights and mm descriptions are off.

I just measured it to reply accurately to you lol. Yes, the bracelet is at least 8.75". However, mine appears to be maybe 2mm longer. If the bar part of the clasp is angled the same way as the bracelet as opposed to perpendicular, the bracelet exceeds 9".

I wouldnt janglebit sround like that 24kt is super soft i have a 5 gram pamp suisse bar pendant and it gets little scratches and small little dents from everything

Yeah I have thinner chains that warp very easily so I know that hassle as well. The thickness of this allows a bit more "play."

Can you wear solid 24k everyday? (shower, exercise, etc) especially if it's as a pendant or necklace?

If it's the thin Cable Chain, the tiny links tend to elongate over time. Mine did anyway and i don't wear it much. I wear my heavy cable chain and it's holding up great. The thicker the link, the more sturdy it is. Also, Gold doesn't tarnish, it should stay looking great!

The Classic Chains links are less than half the width of the Cable Chain so it would be slightly harder to stretch those. I have the cable chain necklace so each link is supporting more total weight technically, leaving it more likely to stretching sooner. But I'm no physicist lol

It’s very nice but I have to tell you paid well over the odds for it. I get all mine in Hong Kong you pay a little over spot for craftsmanship.

I appreciate that! I know their fees are quite high but I anticipated the rise in gold prices anyway so I knew it was still a relative deal. I got the bigger chain at $5,600 and its now going for $8,400 on their site. But I'm always glad to save money when i can lol

I have a question: Your bracelet is 91.35grams. Online for the 8.75'' it says 91.68g. On the website there is a disclaimer that they're items will have a difference of + or - 0.5grams. Now, the price online for this 91.68gram 8.75'' is $7,109.32 (for the current market value of gold + their price), but yours is short 0.33g, which is still within the 0.5g disclamore, does that mean you still ended up paying for that 0.33g because of the disclamore? (*phew*. Ty. lol).

Honestly, I didn't do the math to see if the price was calculated to my bracelets weight. Though I believe I pay for the listed price/weight because that's what the weight was locked in at when I made the purchase. Some jewelry I've got from Mene has been slightly over listed weight so it's a tiny give and take, if you will lol.

it would be wild if it came unclasped lol it may look poorly designed but none of my chains, necklaces or bracelets, with that type of clasp has ever came undone on its own. I've had the usual lobster style clasp fail many times though.

This one particularly would be extremely hard to snatch off my wrist as well because the t clasp is heavy duty and not a thin little ring holding it together, for example.

@@DustinTWilliams I've had different experience with those clasps, lost 2 silver chains with those clasps. It's just takes the one movement in the right way for it to go slack and then slip out. Im quite suprised you haven't lost one yet. With how heavy it is you'd probably notice it fall off anyway lol.

Wow. You’re a Baller! I’ll never understand even though I am a woman...why the jewelry nuts bother with diamonds as much as they do. Your bracelet will be worth much much more in the future than diamonds. I get that Tiffany diamond might hold some value. But what I hear mostly ..is things like “I went to pawn my ring from Kay jewelers and I could only get money for the gold in it”. So I don’t know why people even bother with diamonds anymore.
