Still wearing it daily although I did break it a few months ago one of the links that is an “o” ring (very thin pure gold) just snapped. Had to take it to a jeweler and replaced that link with a 14k one. Not a deal breaker but just know if you plan on wearing it 24/7 that is a possibility

The chain did break one time on the small “o” link that the clasp and mene logo attach. I got the ring replaced with a 14k ring, the other ring has clear signs on stretching but the jeweler said it should be ok. The box chain it’s self hasn’t shown much wear from scratches and no signs of deformation. When I take a soft sponge and warm water/soap the color and luster really pops out.

@@Ellienollie thank you for the update. I will say nobody on KZfaq has a video of what a mene necklace/bracelet looks like after a few years. It would be awesome if you did a minute video so everyone could see.

@Danny Boi yeah I was going to order them. Initially I was going for pure investment. But when I was a young man I had a solid, heavy fine Figaro necklace that I had for almost a decade. I regretted for a long time selling it in 08 when the prices were soaring. As I did more and more research my desire shifted more to jewelry because those thoughts of that chain kept coming to mind. I landed on the Brand Jacoje. He has tons of videos on KZfaq promoting his company. Highest weight/purity levels with finest quality at lowest prices. I'm thinking about a 4mm 18k Diamond Cut Franco. Yes the cost is a bit more than mene, but honestly I know I can sleep with the necklace and not be concerned if it's going to be attached in the morning. Cost to gold ratio is the best in the jewelry end of things. I just purchased a new Omega Speedmaster Professional last week and didn't ever plan on buying a high quality expensive necklace. But seeing what's going on geopolitically and with inflation, I need to make a move on this now. I never thought I could get such a high quality "jewelry" necklace with such good quality weight and Karats

@@Ellienollie I just bought the rounded box chain bracelet for 350$, hopefully it’s not too dainty looking or I’ll return it and get the heavy one. Or maybe just keep it and wait a lil to get the other. The heavy is now around 750$ for the 7.5

@@JulianSOLOMU I haven’t seen it in person but this one is already really small compared to what I see other guys wearing with Cuban links and stuff but it depends on if you also got a watch on or something

i should take another video in the sunlight, the look really really is beautiful! The size is listed at 3mm. I will say it can appear larger the way the light dances on the inside of the links. Perfect size for someone who wants just an accent of gold but not a cuban or something that raises eyebrows. I will say, when people notice it they have no question on weather it is real gold or not. Some Indian friends of mine knew it was real from a distance and complimented me on it.

My heavy box chain is listed as 3mm but it’s 2.5mm . The gram weight is correct at 27g
