Hello ladies! Immediately subscribed when I watched this video. I get so excited when I see other women coming together to talk about menopause and our bodies. It's such a taboo subject and needs us women to normalize this sort of conversation. So thankyou both for being pioneers of this movement.

Hold on to your hat!👒 I’m at the end and having 30day periods….clots huge and extreme… then blood dry in uterus while you sleep then you stand up and out of nowhere black cherries on the floor when you get back from the bathroom… It varies so much the science can’t keep up. I thought putting an IUD would help the fibroids but instead of blood pouring… it’s crazy clots and my blood count is coming down and I’m craving ice 🧊 all day every day.

Thank you both for this video,I found it very helpful and informative,as I have uterine fibroids myself and I'm also in peri-menopause,Due to a lifelong history of Anorexia Nervosa(since I was 8)so I'm used to missed periods up to 5+ years without a drop of blood,yet was very regular when well.I began early peri-menopause at 36,and have had so much atypical periods since, now at 41, I'm going through a pregnancy scare,took a test today and no lines appeared,At all! The test was invalid so first thing tomorrow, im calling for a gyn appointment.If I'm pregnant, what is the best advice for a first pregnancy at 41? I'm worried because I have breast tenderness on and off as well as mild cramping here and there.if I am,I would've concieved in late July- early August (My Boyfriend recently had major abdominal surgery, and still recovering,sex hasn't been possible) weirder I was bleeding when we made love,and the bleeding didn't stop for nearly another week after(that was a long 2 weeks!) I bled this month,yet it was way too late to be implantation bleeding,it only lasted about 4 days and was very light.

I have been dealing with bleeding issues for quite a long time now. Looking back I think I had fibroids even while pregnant. It is too hard to describe here. Off and on gets better, then worse then better...The severe heavy bleeding improved and I thought it was over only to bleed just enough to last and last. I could go on and on but no. I have given birth to our three sons and well, I just pray I make it through this SOON! God only knows why. I am trusting him! It's a journey and I have learned alot but tired..HOPEING

Don’t trust no man but God… They need to just speak about it…. We just lose so much blood and clots are terrifyingly huge….this doctors are out for money! It’s a natural process with or without a doctor Who can afford going to the doctor each month getting poked and prodded?? With the same end results…. To bleed until your not bleeding 🤷🏽♀️

I had a cervical biopsy done without anaesthetic injection and was told it was because the injection hurt more than the biopsy. The sample diagnosed cin 3 and I was booked for a lletz top hat .. obviously this requires anaesthetic injection as its removal of the majority of the cervix with a heated wire loop. I can confirm, the anaesthetic injection into the cervix is more painful than a biopsy taken without anaesthetic !

I am 46 and I have been on my periods for 38 days now and since last night I have been bleeding more. In huge chunk of clots and it’s scary. I was lucky enough to see my doctor last week and a gynaecologist a couple of days ago. She wanted to do a biopsy but first to stop the bleeding. She has prescribed Cyclokapron. I have to take it now. I was hoping the bleeding will stop by itself. I am scared of taking medication for anything because of my history of reacting to many regular medications like antihistamines. But I guess I will have to try the prescribed medication now. But reading your comments make me feel not alone.@sheresha marks thank you for all your comments

@@shereshamarks4517 Based on my research, what I understand is that the abnormal bleeding could be due to the existence of abnormal tissues (polyps, fibroids or cysts) in the uterus. While the dong quai helps to stop the bleeding, does it also help to eliminate these abnormal tissues? If the dong quai does not help to get rid of these abnormal tissues, then, through time, these polyps may lead to the development of endometrial(uterine) cancer while the fibroids/cysts could lead to infertility in women.

Oh gosh just give us progesterone already! All those tests are unnecessary when the tests have been done. I'm going to see my doctor and, hopefully, the progesterone has been approved by the medical aid as chronic medication. Take it for a year and stop using it and no bleeding at all. FIRST DO NO HARM!

@@iminit4themoney330 Thank you so much for being so detailed. I appreciate that. I was once told I had tiny fibroids back in 2018 but was told it was nothing of concern. I’m scheduling a dr’s appointment on tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. I feel so stressed and drained from all this bleeding. Thank you for responding and I am glad you are doing better these days and I am sure the spotting will go away soon for you. God Bless and take care!🙏🏽

Bull it’s painful. Men would not be expected to do something like this without anesthesia. Speak up women!
@salvolondon3 жыл бұрын
Why they use the word people and not the world women ? Only women have periods, when one used the word people means the two sexes . It’s like if theh talk about prostate problems you don’t say people , you say men

Yes, its due to the big elephant in the room that people try to convince themself is not there. They know it's really out of place from where God placed it. Thus, all the confusion and perplexion.
@giatasha21819 ай бұрын
It’s not confusing atall. Some women decided they prefer to live their lives as men. They still have uterus and still go through this stuff. They are doing no harm to you or anyone by living the way they want. This this doctor and interviewer are super respectful and professional. Yay.

Another example of 2 doctors intentionally misleading women( particularly post menopausal women), about how easy and painless these office procedures are.Shameful!!!!! Before having these procedures, do alot of research and read comments from women who have had these procedures in an office setting. You may be shocked at how painful they are for some women.
