Also, get the Gilda clan. If you can, it gives 15% more strength, which does scale with stomp and 20% more health, which is great for tanking a few extra hits.

When lv 30 as menos u don't de evolve when u die so when ur progress as a menos is high, die and the bar resets

as menos your "character" is way higher, the raid has to be spawned at a position where you can reach it, spawn in your garganta as a menos and you'll see where you can reach it

@@Pitou738 First you need lvl 30 and after level 30 you cant devolve anymore but you can still evolve so you can continue killing stuff(storm arrancars preferably) and whenever your bar gets really high just reset and the bar goes all the way down
