Hey Joe, today I got my haircut and originally before I saw this video I planned to keep my hair long, around 5 to 6 inches. The sides of my hair were also parted and it didn't look very good, also my hair was hard to manage as product couldn't sustain the weight of my hair. This morning I was strolling through youtube and I saw this video, and I was introduced to your channel, luckily your latest video was this! I was so inspired and now my hair looks better than ever, and I feel better about myself. Thanks blumaan/joe!

Cool video, Joe. I like the new cut and respect the bold decision to go so much shorter. I've been contemplating a similar change myself, mostly for convenience, so it's good to see that it can look pretty sweet. I think it's a great option for athletes in particular who can play their sport without worrying about hair flopping down into their eyes.

Couldn't have had better timing, this week ice been planning on getting a hair cut similar to yours(we share similar hair features) and growing out the top as i do not currently have very long hair on top right now and this helps a lot to give me an idea what my hair will look like after the cut. keep up the great videos!

I think it's really cool you went short. It was pretty much because of you and Anthony that I started growing out the top of my hair and I ended up with about 8 inches before I cut it to 2-3 inches on the top about a week ago. It's cool we both got it done around the same time

Okay, the only thing I can say is that you are a beautiful man. I really liked the longer hair at the beginning, but then I ended up liking the short hair at the end just as much. Hair goals! I had a lot of fun watching this. Keep 'em coming!

looks great! I ended up getting a similar hair cut a few weeks back so I'll have a go trying this out + try using original as a pre styler, normally only use it as a post styler.

I tried to go for one of Joe's other cuts earlier this week. I may have forgotten to mention I live abroad, and the nearest English speaking country is my home one. So I had to communicate all the instructions in German, not forgetting doing the conversions. Got told my hair was too short BEFORE the cut (I wanted the sides doing badly. I hate even short sides - the cleaner the better). I've ended up with something different, but it doesn't look so bad now I got all of the gel out that she put in (No kidding, she used like half a bottle. Most days I use a couple of fingers of Wax, maybe 2 servings if I need to put it right).

First of all, this looks amazing Joe! .But I have a question. At first, I had my hair kinda short and I did not know what to do with it. Now I let my hair grow a bit longer and am trying to get that classic Blumaan (Mariano di viao, or how you write it, you get the idea, video) style, but, for some reason, I only get like a quiff to the side. Any tips blumaan??
