My family and I attended the Pow Wow in Wikwemikong on Manitoulin Island. The dancers and drummers are amazing. I was fortunate to have a chance to speak with an elder and a knowledge keeper. Our grandchildren are Ojibwa. We were well received with warmth and affection whenever we walked on Ojibwa territory. The people were very kind and helpful as it was our first time there.

I don't know why but as an Irishman I find this form of singing and dancing so spiritual and enjoyable to watch ... thanks for sharing
