The menstrual cycle is a physiological process in a woman's monthly period that is under the control of the HPO Axis, which causes the shedding of the endometrium of the uterus.
Menstrual Cycle lasts for 28 days, with 20-80 ml blood loss on average.
There are 4 phases in this cycle, which are explained in detail in Hindi.
1. Menstruation Phase
2. Preovulatory Phase (Follicular / Proliferative Phase)
3. Ovulation
4. Postovulatory phase (Luteal / Secretory Phase)
