The lockdown and pandemic has changed a lot. I'm not sure that I have completely returned to normal life because it's had such an impact on every single element in day to day life. I don't think you are alone feeling like this. We all went through such a sudden change in a short period of time. It is hard to adjust to what has happened. I think it's had a massive affect on all of us in different ways and for different reasons. Please don't feel like you're alone, I think there are more out there that feel like this but aren't talking about it. I might do a video on this and talk about it in a bit more detail.
