As a person where I try to be honest and clear with my feelings, I understand being hesitant. I'm often told that I either try too hard or care too much. At the same time I don't really care about that, having a positive mindset not only helps me but helps people around me, even if they don't really feel that way. When I'm upset or feeling any other way I try and express that, wether it be me being extremely blunt and saying "I'm upset rn, I need a moment" then coming back to them and explaining how and why I was upset. Confronting feelings isn't easy and I commend you for being honest, keep it up ❤️
