Absolutely agree with the SMB team. There's an abundance of resources available online, including KZfaq and Twitter, which are invaluable for a retail trader like me. Balancing trading with other commitments means progress is gradual, but I'm confident that with sufficient time and consistent daily effort, there's a promising future ahead. The light at the end of the tunnel is certainly within reach.

The mentality of working for a prop firm is definitely more similar to working for a company compared to being independent. You are accountable to others since you are playing with their money and you will definitely have uncomfortable conversations regardless of how they sugar coat this aspect. You are only as good as your latest trade!

There are so many factors that play into one's game and risk tolerance, sometimes quite outside one's control. For certain reasons I feel I have to play it pretty close to the vest. Therefore, I see nothing wrong with several hundred G per year in profits. This year it is roughly 40%. Everyone is not always free to shoot for several M per year. Great channel, and I really enjoy it.
