This webinar is part of STFM's program for mentoring underrepresented faculty for academic excellence. Developed by the STFM URM Mentorship Work Group as part of the training for mentors, this session addresses how to help URM faculty mentees build professional skills and connections. We cover how to identify ways to develop authentic rapport with mentees, provide mentees with tips for self care, and develop a list of everyday tactics and skills useful to early career faculty.
