When gold fish is sitting in the bottom then u have to separate it from other fish add salt , tap water conditioner and lithium blue liquid and provide oxygen and maintain the high temperature not too high not tooo low. U fishes will swim in 2 day

You need to learn the basics of fishkeeping 1. Firstly you should not overstock the tank with so many fishes 2. your water should be low in ammonia and the filter should be on 3. don't put too much food into the tank 4. don't buy any more fishes (especially goldfish because they poop(and poop creates ammonia) a lot and require a lot of maintenance ) 5. That blue liquid is called methylene blue 6. those blue fishes are not rare and they are cichlids 7. and the colorful fishes are zebra danios they should be kept in a school i.e more than 5 8. And please return the angel fish because they get too big and that tank is way too small for them and I'm not sure whether the angels can live in your tank ( they might die) 9. And the most crucial advice pls don't trust that uncle blindly because he is not sharing the full information with you 10. And that uncle will give you so many fishes and then suddenly they will die and you would go back to him to get new ones (he is fooling you ) I've had experience in this hobby from past 6years and 11. And if you want to keep fishes go with basic colony of 10 guppies (MnF) they are one of the easiest beginner fish to keep 12. And keep the filter on for 24x7 13. turn off the lights before adding new fish as it reduces their stress I hope you improve and this helps
