शाम्भवी ऐसा लग रहा आप मेरी स्टोरी सुना रहे,,,,एक वक्त ऐसी ही जिंदगी थी मेरी,,,आत्महत्या तक का ख्याल आया करता था मेरे मन मे,,,बहुत साल झेले है मैंने,,, सम्भाल ही नही पा रही थी खुद को,,फिर मैंने स्टैंड लिया अपने बच्चे के लिए,,,वो एक स्पेशल चाइल्ड है,,,और मैंने अपने हक़ के लिए लड़ी,,, और आज भी लड़ रही हूँ।। ऐसे लोगो को वापस अपने जीवन मे आने नही देना है

Same here di. Mai v puri tarah mentally, financially, emotionally, morally abuse hue hoon. Mai v raat raat bhar so nhi pati thi, khana nhi jata tha, pani v gale me atak jata tha. Puri body senseless ho jati thi, panic attacks aate the, or mujhe ignore karne ke liye msg call kvi nhi dekhe jate the, ek ek week ek minute or ek msg ke liye royi hoon, girgirayi hoon, bhikh manga hai maine. Vo mujhe silent, off, block kar ke rulata hai. Mai din gintai rahi hoon ki 3 din ho gye, 7 din ho gye, 15 din ho gye call msg nhi aaya. Usane mujhe har tarah se ignore kiya, rishta bachaane ke liye kitna samjhaya, koshish ki, khud ko jhukaya, giraya, tor liya puri tarah.mere andar khalipan or ghutan bach gyi. Mai self respect,self love,self care sab bhool gyi. Meri v saans atak jati thi. Mai v khud ko kho chuki thi. . ek saal se on off mode me raha hai rishta. Mere 400 call msg jo ek ek din me bheje or kiye maine par online or waiting par rakh kar ignore kiya gya hai. Mai uske ghar tak gyi taki usase baat kar sakun. Mai apni taraf se puri tarah honest, loyal, dedicated thi. Maine usko sirf pyaar or sath diya, par usane har tarah se mujhe giraya. Bilkul ek ek shabd mere sath hua hai di. Same to same shambhavi.... this is my story too. It took me more than 3 years to heal myself from the toxic relationship . We are still living together...but I have set strong boundaries from all the toxic people in the family. Again it's very long story. What I'm unable to digest is that...this kind of behaviour is coming from highly educated people

But koi nahi thanks to God for this beautiful lesson..... Right didi right....toxic person attached nhi hota isliye asan hota hai uske liye....mera bhi 7 sal ka aisa hi rishta rha....vo meri bhut insult krta tha, meri body ki shkl ki bhut insult krta tha. Physical relation ke liye force krta tha. Last me dhokha diya or shadi kr li usne......mera number block hone par bhi sari rat call krti thi...sari rat roti thi pura face me swelling aa jati thi ro ro ke....apne jb body vali baat boli to muje vhi sb yad aa gya.... Now I want a happy and positive life..
