Thank you , after many teacheing with Jesus and God to repent , you are full of sins not good ,other speak about karma to pay, I find you Adamus. I so greatfull, thank you thank you, thank you for taking away the pain, trauma, suffering, sadness from us with jugment. Love and blessings

This "you-don't-have-to-do-anything approach is beyond me". Even letting-go requires a conscious effort. First, you need to acknowledge that you are a control freak. Then you need to decide whether it's serving you or not and if not. you need to figure out how to resolve it, hence cultivate a different mental state to it. You are doing something. So, where and when does the "don't-do-anything" come in? What exactly do you mean by that?

All the things that You said, just happens.... Like magic, if u open to it. If You are making an efford, then You are not allowing... If You think that You can't do it without an efford, then maybe You are being too mental about it, And therefore not getting it
