Easily pair your phone to your Mercedes built in speaker phone / hands free system. Before you start, get familiar with your phones settings related to turning your bluetooth on and off.
This video is done using a 2010 C300, your Mercedes may be slightly different but should follow similar steps.

The first time I watched the video I was unsuccessful because I didn't know how to operate the dial. after watching a repair video for the dial I realized that there was four additional functions besides clicking it up and down. Anyway, the video instructions work and I connect to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus to my 2010 Mercedes C300 4matic

You have to pop off the side of of it like between the door and the cable in the glove box then you can take out the iPod cord and put the auxiliary cord in

Hey, How do you add your phone book into the car? I have numbers in there and can use the blue tooth, but I try to click on the phone book to enter names with the numbers and it says "phone book is empty", any idea how to do it? Thanks, Rocco

Mom and I figured this out. Once phone and car are paired via Bluetooth, from your phone open contacts and share via the Bluetooth option. Then on the car display go to receive business cards. You may want to narrow down your phone book before sending all contacts, or select only the contacts/business cards you want to send before sharing.

On most of the older radios you will need to add a Bluetooth dongle to the headphone jack inside the glove box, then you can stream music thru the AUX port

Does anyone know if there is a way to sync names/contacts from your cell phone to show as a caller ID on the car display? (Using android) Fix: pair car and phone, then find “share” option in your cell phones phone book/contacts, select option to share via Bluetooth. Go to car display menu to receive business cards. If Bluetooth already properly paired, the contacts should start syncing up.

Hi, i have a problem with the device reconection, all was right untill the sistem blocked during a call. Now, every time i shot the sistem off have to pair device again, but only with one phone, the others reconnect automatically (not at the same time of corse), both iphone or android. One thing i noticed is that the phone with reconnetion problem have no more the "phone icon" with the check. Can you tell me what to do? I tried to unpair, clean the cache. the phone is an A5 samsung galaxy, thank you.

Sadly MB wasn't technically savvy enough at that time, for music you'll need a seperate BT adapter to plug into the AUX port in the glove box.

Sadly you can't directly, BUT if you buy a cheap bluetooth adapter and plug it into the Aux port in the glove box, you'll have almost the same thing.

For unknown reasons MB only let's you use the BT for calls, but you can by a cheap BT adapter on ebay and plug it into the headphone jack that is in the glove box.

That's a question only MB engineering can answer, way back when this car was designed roughly 20 years ago bluetooth was brand new to cars and most people didn't even have a smart phone. The only work around I've found is buying a cheap BT adapter and plugging it into the headphone jack in the glove box.

yeah email me you have to have the phone in the car press the phone button and on the bottom left there is a phone icon click it and accept business cards then go to your phone and share to bluetooth all the nubmers you want in the vehicle. i just learned yesterday, now im trying to play my playlist in the car with the speakers,.
