For an '82 it's styling for sure stands the test of time. It's very appealing a perfect blend class and sporty aggressiveness. Looks as cool as ever.. definitely a desirable ride. Thanks Kiri great stuff!

I am totally loving the series 126 - no matter if it is the S, SE or SEL, or the SEC. In my opinion the most beautiful Mercedes car. Designwise really ahead when thinking the 126 series was getting introduced in 1979 ... when thinking about my Audi 80 which got introduced in 1979 as well then it is looking like an old brick compared to the W126. The AMG is of course the cherry on top of all of these amazing SEC cars. I read a while ago that the Mercedes 500 E was also running from the factory of Porsche because the car was too wide for the W124 production line at Mercedes. But not sure if it was true because it was not this extreme wide.
