2 things. First it normally doesnt say V12 on the back. Second; the reason the volume button is on your side is because this is a german (left side) car. On my 600 everything is right and my girlfriend is always playing with the volume contole which in reality is extremly frustrating. So be happy :) Imagine the costs to design a new panel just for right side countries. The main distribution is probably America.

+NOTORIOUS4545 lol, it doesn't say V12 😂 we just ordered the badges because we think it looks badass. The volume controller is actually fine. After sending the car in for a detailing, we found a remote in the glovebox for the passenger to control everything on their own

reason for the quicker 0-60 time is that the 600 has smaller turbos and the transmission is just prepared for 250 km/h or 150 mph, of course the 65 is al little bit quicker from 60 - 150...

NOTORIOUS4545 Hi there! thanks for commenting. We had a 2007 S65 AMG a while back, we had it for about 3 years. It was an absolute beast of a car, definitely a better performer than this CL600 in my opinion. But over here in South Africa, where i live the highest octane fuel we get is 95. I'd love to hear more about your car!

No, the 600 and 65 have the same turbos thier identical, what AMG did for the 65 was inlarge the displacement larger 500cc via larger stroke crankshaft, gave larger injectors and then AMG have just remapped it raising the boost, AMG never changed the turbos, only the SL65 Black and Pagani huayra have bigger turbos. A stock 600 does not accelerate faster then a stock 612bhp 1000nm 65AMG, but a remapped sl600 with exhaust pushing 627bhp 1100nm does, a remapped sl65 amg pushes 680bhp 1100nm. Theres a guy on MB UK forum who has a Sl600 with custom black body kit, it was pushing 627bhp on stock injectors, he then put larger bosch injectors on his sl600, bigger then the ones on the 65s and used the SL65 amg black turbos, his sl600 5.5 v12 biturbo is now pushing over 750bhp, the 65AMGs 500CC displacement don't mean shit, all the power is coming from the bigger turbos and bigger injectors.

I have a 2008 CL500. I couldn’t find a clean 600 (to my liking at the time). With SA’s roads you don’t need more than the 500. It may not be as quick or have the same “surge” as the 600 but you can still sit effortlessly and comfortably well above the speed limit. For viewers wanting an S-class coupe on a budget… don’t be fooled. Your average service costs the same as renting a 3 bedroom home with WiFi included.

i think the 2003 to 2006 cl600. models look much better then the 2007 exterior wise but interior 2007 an up is much better

hey, i own a CL 600 from 2007 for 2 years now :D It not my everyday car but i drive it every week. It's like holiday or wellness driving it. Fuck the new Mercedes models, they are just ugly and all look the same, just to let you know, 0-60 in a CL 600 is 4,1 sec and 0-60 in a CL 65 is 4,4 real time tests with bad fuel, i live i germany and i always get a premium fuel with 102 Octane, i think i have about 560 HP with this fuel.

You still have the cl 600 car ? any problems with the car ?

Hi, yes I have it since 07/2015. This year I had to change the engine cooler in the front. It leaked one day. That was all for 2020 to 2022

@@CyrusDM Check the condition of the interieur and all the rubber parts on the exterieur. It tells you a lot about how healthy it is. Low Miles are great too.
