This video is to show how to install | replace10.25inch 12.3inch android screen on Mercedes Benz E class W212 S212 2009-2014 year NTG4.0 NTG4.5 system .
The AMI cable inside package is for cars with AMI input, if no such AMI input, no need to connect it.

My car has Ntg5 and has no aux port. It has 2 USB connection in the centre arm rest. How do we connect for Audio. Does it automatically connect. Your video is very good.

NTG5 display has a AUX-USB adapter included for sound , no need to worry about sound, thanks

I bought the product and installed it, but I have big problems. Can you help me? The sound comes after the picture. It is not synchronized. The rear camera does not show while watching the clip. Also, the joystick of the vehicle does not play the screen. Please help. Thank you.

I bought a 12.3 inch and installed it, but the sound and the picture are not synchronized. When you touch the car logo, the reverse image appears. The camera does not work to go back while watching a music clip. The joystick works in the car's menu, but it does not work on the screen. The rev counter works in the ghost screen menu. The km counter does not work. Please help me. My car is a 250 CDI 2015. model mercedes

look like that NTG 4.0 no need for AMi cable, is that true? or is this ami cable still needed to connect to aux port in gloves box? let me know about it. thx

NTG4.0 need to connect AUX cable to aux port for sound, no need for AMI cable, which is included for cars with AMI input only, thanks

It is wiring issue, please check if you connect the white plug on harness marked with NTG4.0 NTG4.5 correctly.
