Hey guys, in this video we will show you how to remove and replace the radiator fan on Mercedes W208 CLK. We demonstrated how to remove the radiator fan on a 1999 Mercedes CLK320. Some years and models might differ but this procedure will cover many years and models. Also it might cover some W210 E Class models and some W202 models as well.

Thanks for your videos . I own a Chrysler Crossfire its basically a Mercedes SLK . the radiator fan does not work car runs great . I just bought car cheap $1700 its high mileage 3.2 v6 . its not bad for 146,000 . but I hear these engines run long time if taken care of. I know this car belonged to a middle aged woman as a 2nd owner . Do you know anything about these Cars since its basically a Mercedes with a Chrysler name . Is there a relay some way to check why fan doesn't work. if I can fix this I can register this car and drive it. THANK YOU !!!!

You removed the "fan shroud" not the actual spinning part of the fan. That's why you have dislikes on this video. The fan blades are the hardest part to remove.

I have 2006 c230 mercedes. The siren alarm battery went out. When it went out the horn and windshield wipers on windshield sprayer on and lights on ??? Replace siren alarm battery. Now horn and windshield wipers don't work. Lights on bright when key on. No front signal lights. Check relay fuse windshield wipers Q relay good. Check relay fuse on windshield wipers speed L relay fuse good. Horn relay fuse it's good. Check windshield wipers circuit board Q 30 and 87 has power. 86 has power 85 no power. 30 pos 87 neg. 86 neg 85 pos no power. Check windshield wipers speed circuit board L 30 no power 87 power. 86 power 85 no power. 30 pos 87 neg 85 pos no power 86 neg power. Horn circuit board 30 and 87 power. 85 power 86 no power . 30 neg 87 pos 85 neg 86 pos no power. What can I do next. Thank you
