En route to Gibraltar from Murcia, Had exactly the problem on 230K CLK, braking intermittently and esp light coming on Mercedes Gib charged £60 and said they'd fixed it, on way back it kept happening which at 120 kph is scary. Told Mercedes Torrevieja sensor was faulty, they checked, agreed, charged 140 euros for the check and quoted 600 euros for new sensor and 400 for replacing, total 1,140 euros. Having found this video I bought a 12 month guaranteed refurbed one for £115 plus £35 express postage. Followed the video exactly, 2 of us took 2 hours. First time I've worked on a car in 40 years, feeling so proud of myself. Many thanks

Hi. Thanks for the video. I currently have the same problem which has happened 3 times during 500 miles of driving. Without warning brake is applied and car pulls significantly to the right. I also notice the brake pedal feels a bit harder after the event but once I stop, switch ignition off and back on, BAS/ESP resets and brake pedal feels normal again. One of my code is C1120 YAW rate sensor open or short circuit. Have you had any further problems. Thanks

I replaced mine bur now have code C1120-004 Zero point offset Error of Yaw rate sensor

Hi, I have the same problem in my car but my one its a coupé , not convertible Do u have any idea how to find the yaw sensor ? This video was very helpfull, the Esp thing is driving me crazy and its dangerous. It think im Closer to fix the problem in my car now thanks
