I’ve done this and it’s awesome, but a very temporary fix. You’re going to be reheating it and flattening it out probably every other day in the summer weather, and in the winter probably not at all. It does get annoying but it’s either that or taking it to the shop to get reupholstered or replacing that armrest lid.

I had the idea of an adhesive syringe? Use the heat gun, Make an injection and continue this process. But I’m wondering if someone here can explain why that’s a bad idea.
